  The staff in the hotel and the pro shop are very polite and courteous, i worked as a greenkeeper at Staverton for 9 months and the only problem people had was with the other greenkeepers, those who had been there for 2, 5, 7 and 10 years respectively, they are rude and impatient, they disrupt players and leave their vehicles in the way of play. If you go here, try to avoid the greenkeepers as they are some of the rudest men i have ever had the displeasure of working with! The course is fantastic with some tricky holes, be careful if it has been raining though as down on the 12 hole the slope is a mud slide and you should take care not to injure yourself, the ground condition around the 12th tee box is disgusting so be prepared to get really muddy!
